Journey to Esquire chose baltic birch badges in a simple shape with titling that allows them to reuse their badges for years to come.
Their program is focused on scholarship and leadership, dedicated to providing hands-on support and mentorship to diverse law students.
Hillsborough Association of Women Lawyers (HAWL)
HAWL wanted to stand out with something unique. We used a completely custom shape and a large size to emphasize HAWL's logo in baltic birch.
The Hillsborough Association of Women Lawyers is a chapter of the Florida Association for Women Lawyers. It is dedicated to promoting gender equality in the legal profession and provides legal education, mentorship, and service to the local community.

These badges are the ones that started it all--the first design I created in baltic birch, with a shape that followed the curvature of the seal and a design that emphasized members' first names over their lasts to foster conversation. I made this when I was the President of the NTBA starting a hobby, and looking to save the association some money by making the badges myself.
The North Tampa Bar Association is a voluntary organization of lawyers and law-adjacent professionals from Carrollwood, Lutz, and surrounding neighborhoods. Their mission is to provide for the community and their fellow professionals through legal education, fellowship, networking, and community service.

The THBA has a great logo that stands out on its own. Make no mistake though--these silver badges are a custom shape, with a smaller radius on the corners to give it the badge a cleaner appearance without without being actually sharp.
